My name is Phoebe and I am a very sweet girl. I tend to be quiet, but also quite observant and even a little motherly to those close to me. I also enjoy some good head rubs! Apparently I had a rough start; I was found abandoned with my brother who then was saved by another rescue. Although I was separated from my brother, when I went to my foster I met another kitten named Janice, who became my best friend!
